Exceptional
Liked: I had such a wonderful stay at Villa Flori! The lake views were absolutely breathtaking and made my time there feel so special. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes’ walk from the ferry, making it easy to explore Lake Como. Breakfast was another highlight and such a lovely way to start each morning. A special shoutout to Mattia for making the experience truly exceptional. This was the first time I’ve experienced such thoughtful, consistent communication from a hotel team throughout my stay, checking in to make sure everything was going well and that I had everything I needed. That level of care made me feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. I also absolutely loved the information pack sent by email before my arrival, with helpful details about Lake Como and the hotel. I’ve never received anything quite like it before, and it made planning my visit so much easier. It was a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the whole stay. From the beautiful setting to the warm, attentive service, Villa Flori was a joy to experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it!

Liked: An unforgettable stay on Lake Como! Hotel Villa Flori exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, but the room and breathtaking views of Lake Como were even more spectacular than we imagined. Waking up to that view every morning was something we’ll never forget! What really sets Villa Flori apart is the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive. From coordinating our arrangements to handling every little detail throughout our stay, they made everything feel effortless. Nothing was overlooked, and we felt so well taken care of. The location was perfect, close enough to enjoy everything Lake Como has to offer while feeling peaceful and tucked away right on the water. And breakfast each morning was exceptional! Delicious food, wonderful service and those incredible lake views. We looked forward to it every day. We’ve stayed at some beautiful hotels over the years, but Villa Flori was truly special. The combination of the setting, the hospitality and the attention to detail made this one of our favorite hotel experiences. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to the entire Villa Flori team for making our time on Lake Como so memorable!
