Liked: + Wonderful service, the kindest staff, Francesca from Reception is so warm and welcoming. I forgot my Kindle before check-out and came the second day to ask about it. It was found and kept and she made sure to return it right away. The breakfast is so rich and delicious and the whole personnel very nice. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are spacious and quiet. The hotel is near a short walk from the train station and the city center. They provide free bycicle service and the bycicles are better than the free rental ones to explore around the city. They also give a free bus ticket to reach the train station. You can also play the piano in the lobby if like.
Disliked: It was fully booked when we wanted to extend our stay.
second visit within few days. it will be my hotel during my Ferrara visits
Liked: nice breakfast, cleanliness all over. really helpful receptionists, especially the tall girl upon my arrival the afternoon of 28/9. helpful and giving me a lot of information for the city and where to buy things i needed.
Disliked: in breakfast the look of the scrambled eggs. didn't try them, although i stayed for 2 weeks
