It was a great base to explore from and restful to return to; hope to visit again - highly recommend

Liked: Really excellent staff - friendly and efficient staff; easy walking distance to centre; fabulous breakfast bar.

Disliked: Pity the lift broke down - but I could have asked for help with my suitcase. Not a huge problem.

  Very pleasant stay

Liked: Location was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful. Very nice breakfast. Comfortable rooms with lovely firm beds. Charming decor throughout the hotel.

Disliked: It was a little stuffy in the room. The weather was still very warm even though it was mid October. The air conditioning was transitioning to heating rather than cooling. A fan was provided when we asked which made a huge difference.
