Lovely accommodations and a lovely hostess!
Liked: The room was homey, comfy, and just what I needed after arriving late following a long day of travel. I want to give a special shout-out to the very kind hostess, who was patient and forgiving when I came up a few cents short on the tourist tax. She called a taxi to take me to the airport the next morning, and when the driver failed to show up, she drove me herself! A lovely lady who provided a great experience even though I wasn't there long.
Disliked: The biggest drawback is the building location, which isn't straightforward at all, but this can't really be helped. Thankfully, the hostess texted thorough directions; otherwise, it would've been extremely confusing to find.
Perfect airport stay with outstanding hospitality!
Liked: I chose this room because it's very close to Ciampino Airport and I had to catch an early flight at 6:30 AM. The host was incredibly helpful and kindly pre-booked a morning taxi for me, which made my transit completely stress-free. Even though I checked in very late, she welcomed me with great enthusiasm and warmth. She is exceptionally friendly and polite. Highly recommended for anyone needing an early airport connection!
