Truly a Sweet little cottage
Liked: The location was beautiful..Alessandro was very pleasant and extremely well organised. Tea coffee biscuits cake snacks and fresh 🥐 for breakfast were most appreciated. Linen and towels were clean. Lovely hot water always on tap for washing dishes and showering.
Disliked: Everything was fine. Just a little more attention needed maybe in the bathroom.

Liked: Astonishing property, it is really a little paradise. Super warm host, helpful and available. Secure parking is in the garden, you can really easy get to Anagnina station by the bus, and then on the metro. You cannot purchase bus tickets on the bus, so we got free ride to Anagnina Metro station. Viva Italia

Liked: beautiful grounds and large villa...
Disliked: sadly the b&b accommodation was in a small out building....still lovely grounds....BUT...one bed was an old fold out couch, with a foam top mattress, with mix and match bedding, very uncomfortable and a little dubious, so didnt sleep in it. it was in kitchen area, so seemed an after thought. no lamp so either full lighting or pitch black, with a lack of power points. toilet was "okay", shower door was swinging loose, toilet door had no lock. kitchen was basic, mix and match, and dont be conned..IT IS NOT BED AND BREAKFAST...breakfast was a couple of semi frozen unbaked cornetto's, a couple packets of dry biscuits, a couple of cheap packet sponge things and individual tea and coffee...which could not use as only hot water was from a coffee pod machine that when tried, spewed out stale and dirty brown water..also extremely warm with no air conditioning, (was in the bedroom) but also full of zanzare....bitten...Host seemed a pleasant, if not a little too "weirdly controlling"....Also, not much available on foot (food, bars,cafes, stores, etc, and the road is quite dangerous to walk, no pavement..
