Terrible Experience, Poor Service, and Extra Charges for Everything
Liked: Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was poor, and I was shocked that they even charged extra for water and food. It felt like every little thing came with an extra cost. Instead of making guests feel comfortable, the experience was stressful and frustrating. I expected basic hospitality, but unfortunately, I did not get that. I would not stay here again.

Good location, close to nice cities
Liked: Nice location out of the city, but close to get anywhere

Liked: This was a relatively cheap room that I booked at the last-minute. It is comfortable and clean.
Disliked: It’s tricky to find this place because it is at the end of a narrow road between fenced-fields. Actually, I’m not sure if it’s at the end, but I went down that road for a bit and turned around because I thought I must have taken a wrong turn. (It was late at night so I couldn’t see the area clearly.) You will need a car to go anywhere other than the restaurant across the street (sort of a party venue, and it’s probably better to get Google to give you directions there—Casale Tuscolano) rather than the Stranamore itself); it is very isolated. The room itself was fine, though mine was on the ground floor and its windows were only high up in the room, like they would be in a basement room. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but I was only one person, so it wasn’t an issue.
When I complained about the noise, they should have offered me room in a more quiet area

Disliked: Very noisy, lots of loud parties in afternoon and evening. I stayed only one night of the 14 I had booked because I couldn't get any rest. The main part of the restaurant was being used for a large social event, so I had to have dinner in a small back room, which was very noisy, and with slow service.
Liked: I liked the location: it is a quite green place outside of Rome yet accessible but public transportation. The room was tidy and clean too.
Disliked: Upon my arrival, I had to wait for 30 minutes for my check-in, the staff wasn't there. They do ask you about your arrival time, be sure, however, not to miss it, the check-in desk is empty otherwise and you have to wait

Liked: The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, the location was great for us as we were there for a football tournament. the location was beautiful and peaceful/
