Exceptional
An excellent stay in Frascati
Liked: Beautiful property in the countryside just a 5 minute drive from Frascati centre. An excellent base to visit the beautiful Castelli Romani area just outside Rome. A lovely B&B all newly furnished and extremely clean. Super lovely and welcoming hosts which made us feel at home. Very good Italian breakfast in the morning served warmly by the hosts themselves. A place where to park the car. Very beautiful stay indeed and would visit again.

Liked: The room is spacious and well presented The parking was free
Disliked: It had the basic requirements for a room but no extras. No access to fridge or tea/coffee facilities. No glassware in the room to use for drinking. One small blanket for added warmth. Just the added amenities that bring comfort to a stay were lacking. Also the breakfast was very basic and minimal. Pre-packaged pastries, cake, biscuits and no jam/butter. It was the most sparse breakfast we’ve been offered at a b&b over 2 weeks of travelling Italy.
Country feel yet close to Rome
Liked: The breakfast was basic Italian. However if you wanted eggs or breakfast meats they will provide them. The hosts were lovely and attentive. The property was lovely. The room was spacious enjoyed having a bathtub Handy to grocery stores.
Disliked: The room could have had a tea and coffee facility and a small fridge. Also it would be nice to have water and wine glasses. In the room.
Liked: The location was perfect. Close to many towns but very private and quiet. The hosts are very friendly and helped us with many suggestions. I will stay here again if I am visiting this area in the future.
Perfect for a short stay to visit Rome and Frascati
Liked: I had a great stay at bee B&B.! Great location, just off the highway, yet totally peaceful —close to Frascati, great restaurants in Monte Porcione and with beautiful views. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming.. The room and facilities were spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and well-maintained. My only minor critique would be that the mattress was a little too firm for my preference, but this is subjective and didn’t take away much from the overall comfort.
