  Great hostess, location and views

Liked: Everything about it, the communication with the host, her hints and tips for us were spot on, the room was perfect and cleaned spotlessly every day, coffee was available constantly, the upstairs balcony was huge with fabulous sunset views. I would highly recommend this.

Disliked: Nothing really, be aware that the accommodation is on the 4th floor with no lift - about 70 steps up from the main door which was fine for both of us, but worth knowing.

Charming room in B&B with helpful host

Liked: Friendly, helpful host. Spacious room with ensuite clean bathroom. Small fridge in room. Breakfast in a nearby bar, but common area with tea, coffee and cakes available.

Disliked: No real desk in room, a bit noisy if other guests come home late/leave early.

Nice stay in a beautiful place

Liked: Nice place, beautiful rooms, very well maintained. Great rooftop terrace with a nice view. The host is very welcoming and friendly. A lot of stairs to climb, but you know that in advance. Great location. We will definitely come back. Kristine

  excellent

Liked: The location is excellent, right in the center of Frascati and close to the train station. The host is very kind and attentive, always doing her best to accommodate requests. The room was cleaned daily, and the terrace is a wonderful added bonus.
