Very good
It’s ok if your expecting basic
Liked: From the outside and the communal areas were clean, tidy and appealing
Disliked: The bathroom in my room was old, tired. Stained floor around the toilet. Sealant was dirty and the bath had no plug. Definitely needs a revamp. The air conditioner was also switched off. I did mention the missing plug and air conditioner, they said they would rectify but they didn’t. Breakfast was not great.

Liked: close to city centre
Disliked: upon arrival was a bad smell and no explanation, instantly regretted staying. rooms very outdated. later found out sewage issue being fixed, explanation at start would’ve been good, about 6 hrs later the smell started to fade.
Liked: Beautiful property, very close to the center of Frascati and an easy walk from the train station.
Disliked: Very old beds, issues with bath.

OK for a brief stay but not up to expectations
Liked: Close to station.
Disliked: Breakfast very poor; moreso for a coeliac. Whilst bed was comfy and the building impressive, the room, decor and fittings are all dated. There is some suggestion that this is a four star establishment. If it was ever such a thing, it was a long time ago.

Liked: Receptionist who checked us in went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy- we are very grateful to her. And our room views were exceptional. Thank you
Disliked: The rooftop restaurant is no longer open
