  Clean and owner very responsive

  Liked: Clean and location

Disliked: Plastic covers on balcony as its under reconstruction and women on top apartment smoking and throwing ash on our washed clothes, no sofa to sit on

  Exceptional

Liked: I had a great experience staying at this apartment in Ciampino, located very close to the train station – a big plus for getting quickly to Rome or the airport. The apartment was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are plenty of grocery stores and other shops nearby, which makes everything very convenient. The hosts were very kind and responsive, answering all our questions promptly. I highly recommend this place!

  Exceptional

Liked: Spatious, clean, with all needed things: iron, washing machine, cooking utensils

Disliked: Couldn’t open the blinds and go to the terrace due to redecoration works (not an apartment fault)

Great place to stay for a couple

Liked: The flat is clean, everything is there what you need. Close to the train station that is only few stops away from Roma Termini.

Disliked: The main balcony its in front of quite busy street, but there was secon balcony to inside garden if you want more quite space to drink your coffee 😊

Excellent spot for exploring Rome, easily get by a train to the Termini Rome

Liked: The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. It had all of the necessary things to cook a meal by yourself. During our stay at Elio’s apartment we didn’t encounter any issues. Elio was very communicative and hospitable. We easily did the self check in and check out. All the shops and cafes are located in a close proximity to the apartment. The train station is only 10 min away by foot from the apartment. We could easily get by a train to the Termini Rome. The place is recommendable, all the things are true to description and photos. We truly enjoyed our vacation at Elio’s place. It was lovely!!! Thanks to Elio for such a great time👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
