Very good
Liked: The location was good and free parking.
Disliked: The room was basic. The breakfast experience.
Liked: Basic, spacious room, about a 10 minute walk from Frascati centre. Parking available. Good self-service breakfast.
Disliked: Wardrobes were quite dusty, and the quilts in them were not very clean.
Ok for one night
Liked: Nice staff, easy checkin, A/C & wifi ok but the free parking is the biggest bonus. walking distance to Frascati and also the still town south of.
Disliked: It's next to a very busy road so the noise level is high. The breakfast is very sweet stuff wrapped in plastic but at least there was plenty of coffee to flush in down.
Photos are beautiful - location is not
Liked: Not much. Parking. Control of room temperature. Quiet. Ck-in/ck-out process. WiFi is OK. The fridge.
Disliked: Photos are beautiful - location is not (photographer did a great job). The place is outdated and not very well maintained. The villa is far from everything (you need a car). Bed is really bad - there's a huge hole in the middle. Floor needs to be cleaned better. Breakfast - lots of twinkies, bread and coffee.
Liked: Cozy and well appointed room. Virginia was lovely and we had a good stay.
Nice option to stay outside of Rome
Liked: It was quiet, clean and comfortable.
