A lot of potential for effortless improvements
Liked: The villa is beautiful, as well as the park around it. Safe parking.
Disliked: It's a pity to see it so run down and seems neglected. Room very small and not well kept. Shower door is broken. Breakfast was really not nice, not even the coffee, without any choice and bad choice of music and videos from the 80s. Wifi did not work in the room.

Liked: This is the third time we have stayed here as we visit relatives who live close by and each time has been excellent. The villa is set off the road in its own large mature gardens and is beautifully decorated inside. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is croissants, cakes, cheese, salami etc and is ample. Cooked dishes available upon request and the coffee excellent.
