Fabulous
quick stop over
Liked: not much just efficient stop over
Disliked: generally speaking place was not as finished as one would expect. paints on the wall faded, stained carpet, loose sink faucet. no place for soap or sample in shower
Beautiful stay and a delicious breakfast!
Liked: The view from our room was fabulous and the size of the room was wonderful. We had a massive double bed, plus another bed in a separate room. The breakfast was amazing, with loads of options.
Disliked: It was surprising, given the luxury of the surrounds and the size of the room, that we were given only one pillow each and no blankets were provided. Luckily none was needed because the room did keep nice and warm.

Liked: AMAZING view across Rome as the Villa sits high up on one of Rome’s surrounding hills. Quiet suburban area with plenty of nature to loose yourself in. Head to the benches placed behind the old Villa for the best view. Fantastic roof top terrace with lovely breakfast provided. They even use the outside terrace area for Aerial Yoga retreats. Unfortunately there wasn’t one on when we stayed. Plenty of parking.
Disliked: Not easy to find reception as the site is large and used for many other businesses. There’s a hospitality training college there, children’s Day nursery, banking offices, so it took a while for us to find the accommodation reception area. It is actually right in front of the car parking area through some glass doors, so how we missed it, I don’t know 🙄🫢

Liked: The breakfast was very good and the restaurant on the top of the villa had an excellent view, it was clean and the staff polite and helpful.
Disliked: There has been a little misunderstanding while we changed our initial booking from a 3-bed apartment to a 4-bed one. The desk maybe didn't make it clear to the staff who succeeded them so they called us to ask which was our apartment. But apart from this minute problem our entire experience was excellent.
Great stay but without a car transportation is difficult but to no fault of the hotel itself
Liked: The property was wonderful and we were very happy with our room and all services provided. The staff was very helpful as well
Disliked: Transportation was tough. The taxis were a hit or miss and price was a big variable as they come up from Rome. The busses didn’t seem to hold to their schedule either so it was a little difficult visiting without a car.
