Guest reviews
Very good
A lovely little villa with a gated entrance that felt secure and safe in the middle greenery
Liked: The breakfast was the typical Italian breakfast, with a coffee/cappuccino maker, tea, yogurt, assortment of baked cakes, cereal, water, etc. The location met our needs as it was close to Frascati and an excellent location to connect into Rome with the train or driving to the Metro station.
Disliked: There was nothing negative during our stay.
Good enough option in Frascati
Liked: Very fast WiFi their AC system is rather efficacious providing you do not carry much luggage, it is very close to Frascati town centre (caveat: it is downhill and it is rather steep). if you have a car, this matter would be therefore meaningless. the staff are accommodating: there's no kettle in the rooms but they gave me one. there's no fan in the room but they also arranged one for me nonetheless. the room and bathroom were clean. good pillows.
Disliked: I booked a double bed but it was actually two single mattresses put together: sometimes it does the job just as well but in that case, one mattress was new and firm (I slept on that one) whereas the other one was old and very spongy and one was higher than the other one. it was not very pleasant to sleep because of the "wonky" bed then.
It was OK for 1 night.Bit of a walk uphill to the town on a busy road
Liked: In beautiful gated grounds with nice views.
Disliked: No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Not a great choice for breakfast.
Liked: Super location, nice big showers and very comfy beds, will only stay here vs Villa merc as 1/2 price, twice the value!! Grazie mille
Liked: I liked the breakfast, the security, the tranquility, and smooth check-in
I would recommend this B&B as it is clean and close to transportation and within walking distance to
Liked: The breakfast was the typical Italian breakfast. We liked the location of this B&B as it was a walking distance to the center of Frascati and it was gated in a quiet neighborhood.
Disliked: Nothing
