  Great location, very clean

  Liked: Close to Lake Garda, 10-min drive away. Place was very clean, bathrooms tiled and upgraded. Showers a little small, but nice. Left too early for breakfast, only available 0730-1030.

  Disliked: Elevator available, but after hours only from the 2nd floor and up (2 flights of stairs to 2nd floor). Had issues with A/C in the room with my 80-year old mother/boyfriend; extremely hot night so had to sleep with patio door open 😕😡 No coffee in the room; one room had a refrigerator the other did not.

  Great value for money hotel

  Liked: Easy to find, free parking around the back of hotel. Short walk to centre. Super friendly staff. Large spacious rooms, very clean. Comfy beds. Fans in room. Good selection for breakfast.

  Disliked: A fridge would make it perfect.

  Liked: The breakfast was very good and when the hostess realized I need to follow a gluten free, dairy free diet, she purchased a few items for me to enjoy. There were fruit, eggs, meats, cheeses, cereals and a variety of juices and pastries. The shower was very hot with good water pressure and we there were extra blankets in the room that we were able to use since we have the tendency to run cold at night. The location offered information on places to visit and some good restaurants in the area as the day we arrived the restaurant on site was closed for dinner. I want to add that they were able to make some last minute changes to my reservation and add my aunt to it as well. I am really pleased with my stay here and the service we received.
