  Beautiful apartment

  Liked: Beautiful well equipped modern apartment, very clean, comfortable bed and good shower. Excellent communication with hosts before and during stay. Superb location on the edge of the old town

  I wouldn’t return and felt it was advertised as a luxury apartment when it wasn’t at all luxurious

  Liked: The bathroom

  Disliked: It was dark and no outdoor furniture The floors were dirty and the sofa was stained and unclean. I wiped water off the bathroom floor after taking a shower and the towel was filthy!!!! The window/door was broken and we couldn’t close it and ended up staying in waiting for a maintenance technician who didn’t show so the person I communicated with via a third part message site, not the booking.com message center, which they seemed not to like you to use… probably because they asked for a deposit/retainer for roughly half the stay that wasn’t handled by booking.com and by their private company… this bothered me as my bank flagged it as a fraudulent transaction and an unsecured payment site. Then actually the most irritating part was the guy that came to fix the door was rude about smelling smoke that was coming in from the outside areas… because the door wouldn’t closed it was slightly drifting in but the level of rudeness was unacceptable.

  Excellent

  Liked: The location was really good with footsteps away from nice dinning and marina and a short walk to a nice beach. The property itself was really nice and modern.

  Disliked: Would've liked to have parking closer by as it was difficult to find parking close to the apartment. Also, some more amenities like washing machine soap and paper towels etc. would have been nice

  Beautiful, homey, fully equipped, and most welcoming apartment that I want to stay again and again!

  Liked: Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment, with working elevator. Super friendly reception (Thank you Chiara!) with helpful info upon arrival to collect keys. Easy check-out to drop off keys in lock box. Welcome kit with useful items (kitchen and laundry supplies), info book, and welcome wine! Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful decor and wall murals. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. Electronic windows to help block out street noise. Closeness to bus station, ferry dock, and supermarket (Flisi at bus station). Closeness to trash/recycling station with shared key to open bins. Foldable clothing rack to hang laundry. Street and downstairs bars noise is as expected and isn't too bad once you close all the regular and electronic windows. Shower has special massage function. WE LOVE everything about this beautiful apartment!!

  Disliked: Bathroom shower door opens out and often leaks water to floor outside shower, especially since the shower's massage function shoots water directly at the door:D
