  Liked: Lovely apartement, great location near the beach and city center, very helpful host. Loved the view and pool garden.

  Liked: Location is good, near to lake. Private parking and pool.

  Disliked: Apartment is dated, badly needed maintenance. No aircon in room. TV in room not working. No internet. No movie or cartoon channels on TV, only a few German channels. She will collect 100euro deposit which is not stated anywhere when we booked the apt and was subsequently confiscated from us. There is a list - 2 pages house rules you need to adhere to, including final cleaning of 50 euro. There are 2 terraces with retractable sunshades which she left opened prior to our arrival. In our situation, we didn't use one of the terraces and overnight came a thunderstorm and when a neighbor came to knock on the door, we immediately went to retract the sunshade. And when it was time to check out, she insisted that it was our fault that the sunshade was damaged as it was stated in the "house rules" that we need to keep it close when it's windy or raining. But it wasn't windy or raining when we went to bed and we didn't think about the sunshade that she herself left opened until it was too late. So she refused to return our deposit and it was overall a very bad experience. We have also notified Booking.com about it.
