  Great and clean facilicities but uncomfortable bed

  Liked: Nice pool, extensive breakfast options and within walking distance to Bardolino center (10-15 minutes). Secured parking lot and staff were friendly. Room was very clean

  Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable, pillows very soft and offering no support.

  Liked: Really good location, only a 10 minute stroll into Bardolino. The hotel had 2 swimming pools for when the main pool was busy. Staff were always very nice and professional. Overall we would 100% stay here again.

  Disliked: Booked a double bed and it was 2 single beds put together. However the mattress topper was a double so helped to bring the beds together as best as possible.

  10/10 would return

  Liked: We stayed here for 10 days and found the hotel to be perfect. We were in room 112, which we found to be absolutely massive, with a lovely mountain and lake view. The hotel was very quiet and a great location for walking into Bardolino center and also close to bus stops. The breakfast was a large continental selection that had gluten- free options (Bread, Crackers and some sweet items). There's no tea/coffee facilities in the room but we brought our own. We also found the staff to be really lovely and helpful throughout our trip. We would absolutely return to this hotel and recommend it to everyone looking to stay in Bardolino!
