  Very nice hotel in a convenient quiet location

  Liked: Very good location on the lakefront away from the hustle and bustle, yet a short, pleasant walk along the lake to the downtown area. The hotel is not directly on the lakefront; a quiet street is located between the hotel and the lake. Convenient parking in designated spaces in front of the hotel is available for €10 per day. You must contact the hotel in advance to secure a reservation in one of the few spots. The building has a nicely designed exterior and interior with a very large lobby with a lounge area, a bar and a restaurant. Outdoor swimming pool in a nice patio area. The décor is somewhat dated but well-maintained. We were greeted by a very friendly staff on arrival and to assist with parking. Our room was small, but adequate for a short stay. The room had a wardrobe closet with draws and a luggage shelf, small desk w/chair, ample number of electrical outlets in convenient locations, TV, WIFI, small refrigerator and safe. Very comfortable large double (US King size) bed. A small but adequate-size bathroom with a shelf to put your toiletry items. Very good breakfast buffet with a good assortment of items. Very nice dining room with an outside area overlooking the lake.

  Disliked: I would have rated this hotel a 9, except for these issues. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. The walk-in shower was very small shower that would not be suitable for larger people. The hotel price was on the high side for what you get, but I typical for Lake Garda. Not a big negative but be aware that European hotels don’t provide wash clothes, and shampoo and conditioners are often limited, or of poor quality, we bring our own.

  Brilliant!

  Liked: Great location, good food choices and excellent service from the staff. Room was decorated for us when we arrived as it was a special anniversary which was a very lovely thoughtful touch.

  Disliked: Nothing negative to say, great from start to finish.

  It was beyond expectation and really enjoyable

  Liked: Staff were super friendly and accommodating. It was my daughter's birthday and they went out of their way to give us a lovely table for dinner, overlooking the lake. My daughters are vegan and despite not having it on the menu they cooked a vegan meal especially. It was a lovely experience.

  Lovely hotel, great location

  Liked: Nice hotel, perfect location. Right on the lake, only a short 5-10 min stroll to the main town. Beautiful breakfast views. Hotel staff weee lovely’s really enjoyed our stay

  Disliked: Although never an issue getting a sun lounger I did find people left towels out all day but didn’t use the loungers until very late afternoon, this wasn’t monitored at all. Other than that a really lovely stay
