  Lovely hotel with helpful staff

  A beautiful hotel in a superb location overlooking the lake, made for a very relaxing first stay on Lake Garda

  Liked: A great lakeside location near to the centre of town. Our lake view room was perfect with a good sized terrace to enjoy the view. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The pool and rooftop terrace were great places to relax and soak up the view. We enjoyed using the bikes to reach nearby towns.

  Liked: This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location; the service is very attentive, and they take care of everything. The hotel facilities are very good, and everything is clean.

  Disliked: The rooms are small, and in the double room, they placed two single beds instead of a double bed.There are no facilities for making hot drinks in the rooms.

  Liked: The staff were amazing. The main lady on reception (Anna) was brilliant, helped us with what ever we asked for. We asked about wine tasting, Anna told us of a couple of places nearby and even offered to book it for us. We asked about busses to get and where to get the boats from, Anna got everything we needed and told us what busses/boats to get, including times. The bar lady was also very helpful, always smiling. I asked where was nice to eat to try local cuisine and she told us of a nice place where the food was very nice. All other staff were very good, but the above 2 were the ones that we had most interactions with. Overall experience was very good. Will definitely be returning

  Liked: An excellent place to stay during the wine festival in Bardolino. The main festival events take place nearby, but at enough of a distance that the noise is not an issue. The hotel provides parking, including an underground garage just a 2-minute walk away. Additionally, as the hotel is located within a ZTL (restricted traffic zone), they arrange entry permits for their guests.
