  Great location and very clean. Great staff especially the reception staff

  Liked: Lovely location overlooking the Lake. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The reception staff were exceptional, any problems we had ie they supplied a fan as air conditioning was switched off. They fixed the TV. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel..

  Disliked: I would’ve liked more fruit options and more hot options too.

  Liked: An exceptional stay, so good that we extended it by two more nights.

  Disliked: We originally booked three nights and enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by two more nights. The reception team was outstanding: warm, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations and anything we needed. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and great service. The spa was a real highlight, very relaxing and beautifully maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bardolino and Lake Garda.

  Great accommodation in an ideal location

  Liked: Staff were all very accommodating and the place itself was lovely. The room was very well maintained and the attention to detail in the restaurant was fantastic. The location was perfect as we could get around to the local towns on foot or using public transport.

  Disliked: The pool was pretty booked up each day and you had to book in quite far in advance, which meant we didn’t get as much use out of it as we would’ve liked. Although we did visit in peak season.
