Liked: Friendly Staff
Disliked: The room was full of spiders and bugs. The A/C was not working. It was very obvious that the place was not taken well care off. They fixed the AC but the AC turned off automatically. The problem was that they left the bathroom window open and loads of bugs got in that way. The flies were biting my partner constantly since we came in and the owner dismissed it saying that it was normal. The towels were not matching they just grabbed a bunch of random towels and threw them on the bed. We couldn't stay the night. We cancelled and booked a proper hotel.

Liked: Very warm room with powerful shower (strong water pressure and hight temperature). Love it! Comfortable beds. Super nice host and good breakfast. The best bathroom we ever stay in. very easy parking. close to the center. Perfect for family.

confortable small apartment in short distance to the centre of Gubbio
Liked: The room was really big and specious- You can tell it has been recentry refurbished. Breakfast is really generous, lots of different food is served. The location of the property is a ten minutes from the city gate, and near the roman theatre.
Disliked: the open wardrobe in the bedroom is not built properly, you can hardly reach the pole to hung your clothes
