Exceptional
Highly recommended! Extraordinary!
Liked: Francesca was kind, warm and helped us a lot. Our luggage was lost by the airline for a week and we had very little. She went out of her way to help us secure essential items. She also gave us her parking space to help us. The apartment is very well located in the center close to everything you need. The apartment itself is lovely, very clean and had everything(Coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, cakes etc. and very important, incudes air conditioning in the bedroom which we appreciated. Francesca even left us the most delicious local fruit tarts to enjoy in our visit. Wonderful!
Disliked: We liked everything!
Lovely spotlessly clean apartment with a gracious host!
Liked: Luxury is the correct word! The apartment is outfitted with the best of everything! It is also spotlessly clean. It is located on a quiet street in the Old Town. The hostess went out of her way to help us. She met us in the parking area, helped us with our luggage and then came by the next day to check on us! She left us everything we needed for a lovely continental breakfast..coffee, juice, yogurt and an entire crostata, plus snacks. If you have mobility issues, the walk from the parking area is at least 5-6 minutes.
Disliked: Not applicable.
A good spot for a couple not a family
Liked: The location is amazing and right in the heart of the old town. The apartment looks nice.
Disliked: The location is not acceptable by any transportation and requires a 10-15 minutes walk uphill on cobblestone streets. The shower is barely usable. The owner is encouraged to sleep a couple of nights there to figure out multiple safety and usability improvements desperately needed for this apartment, especially if a family with kids will rent it
Very good
