Exceptional
Superb
Liked: Old fashioned Italian hotel with such a helpful host. (Location problem was not her fault!)
Disliked: Location was NOT as advertised! As pilgrim walkers we had no option but to climb and descend the very steep zigzag hill for two and a half kilometres every day if we wanted to be in Gubbio. (No adequate restaurant at the top of the hill.) A furnicular open basket is NOT an option for someone with vertigo. No taxi was ever available.
Superb
Liked: This is a beautiful historic building with nice decorations.
Exceptional
Liked: Told them would Arrive at 10:00pm but did not arrive until 1:00am. They were gracious about it.
excellent
Liked: it was charming……as were the owners….thank you!
Disliked: A little cold in the room.
Liked: Cordialità e attenzione al cliente. Atmosfera piacevole e familiare.
Liked: La responsabile è molto gentile....e la struttura.....tutto sommato....gradevole. Ovviamente parliamo di un albergo un po' datato....sembrerebbe di essere a casa! Per i servizi igienici....sarebbe opportuno approntare delle migliorie.
