Guest reviews
Exceptional
Liked: Quite a nice place & central.
Liked: Nicely appointed, plenty of space and quiet.
Disliked: The description says there are views but I'm not sure where they are...there was a wall view.
Liked: A last minute overnight stay. Great location and beautiful apartment in terms of structure and authenticity. Receptive host who helped us locate the parking! Nice touch with breakfast options
Disliked: Maybe a fan and cotton sheets for those hot balmy nights we've been having this summer! Otherwise can't complain.
A spacious and well-equipped studio for the price of a hotel room, right in the center of Gubbio
Liked: A marvelous place in the center of Gubbio, very spacious and nicely decorated. Good place to work, thanks to the WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker (pods were supplied). Everything was there for an Italian breakfast.
Really neat and well presented apartment
