  Flat in great location and comfy bed in a lovely place to explore, Gubbio!!

  Liked: The location was fabulous, and Gubbio is wonderful to explore! Bed was comfortable and the host was communicative of directions for keys and how to leave. Towels were clean and space was quiet.

  Disliked: The particular room faced stone walls, little natural light, and fowl smell crept up in the washroom during the night and continued into the following morning. The space had all the elements pictured, but was not warm and inviting.

  Great location, clean and comfortable

  Liked: The apartment is on the 1st floor of the building so a few steps to walk up. The property was very carefully and tastefully designed. The photos were a little deceiving as it seemed a lot bigger on the website but it's ideal for a couple. There are 2 windows which open into a small street so no views of Gubbio but the main entrance is right next to the Carmignano stream which flows through the town.There are plenty of places to store your belongings and we found everything we needed. The apartment was lovely and warm on arrival and for those chillier nights there were plenty of extra blankets. The bathroom is ensuite and soap, shower gel and toilet paper were provided along with towels. There is also a hairdryer in one of the bedside tables. Free wifi and a flat screen tv which rotates so that you watch tv from the comfort of the bed. There is also a coffee machine, coffee pods, kettle, tea bags, plastic cups and a mini fridge. (Sugar and milk are not provided just in case you need them) Very central location, near to all the monuments, bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes on foot to nearest car park and free bus which passes every 15 minutes. Didn't get to meet Lorenzo but he kept in touch to make sure everything went well. Overall we were extremely happy and would definitely recommend. Hopefully we'll return in the future.😊

  Disliked: Can't really fault anything. Maybe the price was slightly higher than other places but I was happy to pay that little bit extra for such lovely place and location.

  Liked: Loved it’s central location.

  Disliked: Would have been nice to be meet the owner or a representative to give us an introduction to Gubbio.
