Exceptional
Liked: Nice neighbourhood, clean appartment
Disliked: We had to pay 55 euro extra before getting the keys. 35 of these were for cleaning, which we had already payid to Booking. Sofa in the living room very old, needs replacing.
Peaceful location with lovely views
Liked: Great location with lovely views. You can reach out the window and take figs from a tree in the garden. Outdoor eating area in the shade. Host provided water, oils, sweets, coffee and herbal teas. Gubbio is a 10-15 minute walk along one street. Host is next door and was very friendly and kind. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Air conditioning would be nice. But the property has lots of windows.

Disliked: The breakfast is not a real breakfast but in Italy i always like to eat outside so it didnt effect me.
Comfortable base to explore Gubbio and surrounding area
Liked: Lovely rural location on the edge of Gubbio which is lovely. Comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast provided with friendly and helpful on-site host. Great location to explore local natural park area for hiking and hill town visits.
Disliked: The steep and twisting track took some getting used to. It was a good 20 minutes to walk into Gubbio centre along a busy road with incomplete footway, so we’ll worth working out a route though residential roads.
