Liked: The view was very nice
Disliked: The location without the car was terrible No wine glasses (in Italy?) Terrible coffee and almost no breakfast …
Liked: The host is so kind. She's always there for you, anything you need. The room is comfy, with the most beautiful sunset. There's a transfer service. Minibar. And mini breakfast with coffee and milk. I also booked a car to airport with them at 04.15 AM, even arrived before time!
Disliked: It's on the hill. No taxi could reach or provide you a ride. Make sure you rent a car at the airport before going there, otherwise, you need to walk up and I was almost dead every time lol
Disliked: Disappointing stay – poor hygiene, lack of hot water, and no peace and quiet During our 4-night stay, the rooms were never cleaned, and the trash was never taken out. Upon arrival, we found dirty towels and just one unwashed blanket without a duvet cover or a bedsheet, which is highly unhygienic. Throughout our entire stay, we had a constant problem with the water – we often had to take cold showers, and when there was hot water, the temperature constantly and abruptly fluctuated from boiling hot to freezing cold. The hosts live on the premises, and because of this issue, they repeatedly entered our rooms, even while we were eating. Our privacy was further disrupted by a noisy family dinner they hosted right under our windows. As "compensation" for all the inconvenience, they left us a bottle of cheap wine, which was a joke, to put it mildly. I strongly do not recommend this place – it lacks basic hygiene, peace, and basic comfort.
A warm stay in a friendly family’s Bnb
Liked: When we first saw this Bnb we immediately fell in love with the view. And it definitely did not disappoint, it’s amazing. When we arrived at the airport, our taxi driver told us:”that is very very high”. Up the mountain he meant. And it is. So if you plan on staying here (which I recommend you do btw) you should think about renting a car or using the amazing shuttle service the Bnb offers. It made our stay much more lively and saved our holiday (as we were not in a position to rent a car). I really have to thank the owners for their excellent service and hope they do well in the future.
Disliked: The bedframe was really squeaky. Every time I moved the bedframe would make a horrible noise.

Liked: Location, near to Vesuve
Disliked: The mountain view is deceptive – it’s actually the view of the building opposite, with just a tiny bit of the mountain barely visible – look at my photo. The plastic croissants were not even enough for three days – there wasn’t even one per person per day. It’s not really breakfast anyway – dry rusks are not a proper breakfast. For three days, there was no hot water; the water was freezing cold, making it impossible to take a shower. I reported the problem, the owner said she had fixed it, but in fact it still didn’t work. In the end, she asked me to give her a 10/10 rating. I asked if she really thought she deserved that, and her response was very unpleasant. She accused us of lying about the water issue (even though others mention it in the reviews and she herself told us beforehand that they had hot water problems). She also accused us of leaving a mess, even though I had made the bed and wiped up the spilled coffee on the floor (the table was unstable). I don’t understand the good ratings – honestly, I think this must be a scam. The hotel should be avoided, especially because of the owner’s attitude and the lack of hot water.
Good for a short stay
Liked: Cousy and with a great view, it has dishes and tea, coffee, snacks in room included in price. The host doesn’t speak much English but very friendly.
Disliked: The bed wasn’t so comfortable
