  Truly a fantastic experience not knowing if the staff or the place was better.!

  Liked: What my husband and I liked was actually too many to name... Lucia was fantastic in all the 'pre' communication. Matilda showed us around and welcomed us. Even a surprise Happy Anniversary card and bottle of champagnes. The room was eqssitely clean and modern, comfy beds and a delicious quiet sleep. Would stay again in a second. (We only stayed 2 nights but we were treated as if we had been there for a week or two. Just great!!!

  We felt like royalty. Lucia made sure we had an excellent stay

  Liked: We have felt taken care of. Lucia was available whenever we needed anything, helped us with booking of taxis, gave us excellent tips and explained everything. She truly made everything easy. We felt like royalty. The rooms are beautiful, new, quiet and comfortable. Despite there being no breakfast we got snacks replenished every day. The locations is convenient for the Herculaneum, trains and grocery store.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, there is no gym or similar facility. Perhaps somewhere in the area, I didn't investigate. I'm sure Lucia could advise.

  Exceptional find, priced competitively, great service

  Liked: The staff, especially Lucia, was amazing. So helpful, kind, and generous with recommendations nearby. The view on a sunny day is incredible and the available excursions sounded amazing, though my wife and I were unable to try them out.
