Great location, great service and comfortable
Liked: Great location in Ercolano, the owner was helpful and offered great advice
Disliked: Only thing was there was no soap but that’s fine.
Liked: Owners are the nicest people I have ever met in Italy. Location is close to a beach and train station. I would recommend anybody to book this hotel.

Disliked: Room disappointing, basically no windows, felt like an old converted storage room. Photographs on Booking.com inaccurate. Breakfast while delivered to room was disappointing, a croissant, banana, juice, coffee in paper cup, no plates or cutlery. While there was a fridge no other facilities. Dirty in the surrounding area, standing rubbish. A 30 minute walk to the town centre but didn't feel safe walking around. This is not a 9.0 Superb, Booking.com property. Didn't ask to see our passports, which in Italy is compulsory........

The true highlight of our stay was, without a doubt, the incredibly kind and welcoming hosts — Enzo and his lovely parents. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely at home. Each morning, they brought breakfast to our room with a warm smile — a thoughtful gesture that set the perfect tone for the day. The location is ideal — a peaceful haven where you can relax and recharge, yet perfectly positioned for exploring. Whether you’re heading to the archaeological site of Ercolano (just a short walk away), planning a trip to Mount Vesuvius, or venturing into the vibrant heart of Naples, everything is easily accessible by car or train. But above all, it was the warmth, hospitality, and heartfelt generosity of the hosts that made this stay truly unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — and would gladly return in a heartbeat.
