Fabulous
Liked: The location
Disliked: Maybe more choices for breakfast also maybe a little more food for 5 days
Liked: Easy check in, lovely view of Vesuvius and the bay of Napoli from the balcony.
Disliked: Not the best location for Naples (unless you have your own transport) as the trains are very unreliable. Rooms aren’t well sound insulated so other guest using the kitchen will wake you up.
Comfy stay with perfect vesuvius views
Liked: Great room with view on vesuvius. Clean and big bathroom. Small well equipped kitchen with nice espresso machine. It is possible to use washing machines, which was great because of hot weather. Communication with whatsapp with the owner was nice and informative. Breakfast well organised, but I can recommend people to buy some fresh bread and eggs before arriving.
Disliked: Well, I could have asked for, but a change of towels for a 5-day stay would have been appreciated. The cleaning staff arrived one hour before checking out and waited for guests to check out so she could clean.
Pleasant
Liked: The property was pleasant and only a 10 minute walk from a train station - Ercolano Scavi - that takes you directly to Naples, Pompeii and Sorrento. That was great but the area is not the nicest and very out of the way. The staff were great at communicating and sent me everything I needed in order to enter the property easily upon arrival. The property itself was not what I thought it’d be though.
Disliked: Firstly, the room is very small and hard to move around with a suitcase and bags in there. The shower stayed hot for approximately 3 minutes per shower which was a pain. The balcony was something I was really disappointed in. It was unusable due to it being right next to the front door which people walk in and out of all day. Our balcony was also used by other people to hang out clean washing to dry - really strange! I expected this to be more of a hotel than an apartment and overall I, unfortunately, wouldn’t recommend!
Great location for visiting Naples, Vesuvius and Pompei
Liked: Bed very comfortable, great shower and little terrace was an added bonus.
Disliked: I was worried about the proximity of the trainline but actually was never really disturbed by it. Didn’t run after 10:30pm
Great value
Liked: Great location and room organization.
Disliked: Room size and Sound proof.
