Exceptional
Liked: A very clean apartment.
Disliked: The smaller second bedroom was a walkthrough space between kitchen and the main bedroom and was used for access to the bathroom.
Fantastic host, lovely apartment, live like a local
Liked: Fabio is an amazing host and went out of his way. The apartment is super comfortable and roomy. The bathroom is modern and with plenty of storage. The bedroom is large, heaps of storage and comfortable bed. Kitchen is spacious and has just about everything you need. Washing machine worked well with plenty of space to dry your clothes. There is aircon in kitchen and bedroom! Across the road is a bakery, small supermarket and several restaurants within 5 minutes. Larger supermarket just up the road. Herculaneum is about a 5 minute walk. Nearest train station, ercolano Savi is about 10 minutes and takes you to Pompeii, Sorrento or Naples easily (just double check timetable to get the right one). Parking is available in a garage across the road.
Disliked: More tips rather than didn’t like. - you are on a busy street because of it’s proximity to Herculaneum. But after about 9pm, road traffic etc dies down. Double glazed windows cut a lot of noise out. - apartment is on 2nd floor, no elevator and it’s a bit steep and big steps. - there is an oven, stove, hot plate but no kettle. - you are in the Naples general area. It’s safe but it’s grimy, covered in graffiti and rubbish in the streets. So just look past it. - it’s in density living so you will hear your neighbours. That’s just life!

Liked: Location excellent to access Hurculaneum with very convenient car parking space available. Apartment was very clean and newly renovated. The hosts were very helpful on getting us in to the apartment and accommodating of our need to hold the parking spot after check out to enable us to visit the area. Nice view from small balcony back towards Vesuvius. It’s also very convenient for good sensibly priced restaurants and cafes.
Disliked: Quite a few stairs to get up so a bit of a chore if you have hold baggage size items in terms of getting in and out (which we did ). There would be no problem if you have cabin bags. That said the hosts helped us get the bags into the apartment!
Very spacious, clean apartment close to everything you need for a nice trip
Liked: The location is very central for me and near a lot of restaurants and Mercato di Resina. The apartment was very clean and spacious, good size for 2-3 people.
Disliked: The breakfast was simple; croissant and coffee.
