Fabulous
Great location
Liked: Anna was very responsive and dealt with issues (sockets not working, couldn't plug in fridge, no hot water) within 24 hours. Communication with her via WhatsApp worked well. Location was great--less than 5 minutes to train station (walk alongside the passage parallel to the tracks). Food shops less than 5 minutes away. Herculaneum 10-15 walk down the hill. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen facilities adequate although a few more utensils such as a spatula would be useful.
Disliked: The power went out several times. No internet to the building (Anna said she reminded the company but it was not fixed during our 4 day stay).
Very good
Liked: It had modern and good facilities. It was a great location and so close to the Circumvesuviana. Anna was very nice and communicated very well. After a nightmare few days at awful accommodation in Rome, this place was very refreshing!
Disliked: Our only concern was the shower went cold relatively quickly, but that didn't take away from the trip.
We really enjoyed our stay at Guest Amatur and would return there
Liked: Great location for transport and for being in the heart of a thriving community. Cosy, clean apartment and well presented.
Disliked: Only two towels provided. Could have done with a couple of hand towels too. Could also have done with instructions on how to use the air conditioner.

Liked: Very nice one bed flat, comfortable and very central,close to the train station easy to reach Naples and Pompey, 49 minutes away Sorrento..
Liked: Everything was great, the owner was very nice. She helped us a lot with booking tickets. great location, right next to the train station and the Vesuvio express departure point

Great location and modern decor
Liked: Very comfortable bed. All necessary "kit" for a few nights stay for us, including a small fridge. Location just off the main road down to Herculaneum ruins was perfect. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Some local fruit etc shops - and a gelateria. A supermarket about 10 mins walk away. Quite compact space but was sufficient. Good air-con unit in the bedroom and very effective blackout blind. Host very helpful with info and arrangements. Don't be put off by the work at the building entrance. It's not a building site inside!
Disliked: Ok, everyone mentions the trains. The line is literally outside the kitchen and bedroom windows. You book knowing this, and the sound insulation with the windows closed is ok. Otherwise, the trains are not so often and not overnight. And you are close to the train station... Wardrobe needs a lot more hangers for clothes. The drains do smell (not unique to this place), but an air freshener helps.
