Exceptional
Liked: Easy to find. Large rooms. Clean. Easy access to train system for venturing to Pompei or in to Napoli. Several dining options within a walk of 10 minutes or less. Good windows/doors for cross ventilation in the house. Good response time when messaging the host.
Disliked: WiFi was not operational, so no service in the house and little to no signal available in the area, even roaming. Sent host a message about it and he says they are aware of the outage and a tech is coming to the property to fix it on 9 October. On-street parking is a crapshoot, but typical for this area. Didn't have linens for the sofa bed, so just slept on the sofa with a blanket.
Liked: I liked everything very much, the landlord was very polite, the apartment had everything you needed, which was very convenient, there was also Wi-Fi and a working air conditioner, which was very helpful in hot weather
