Fabulous
beautiful & relaxing
Very comfortable rooms and great breakfast, though a bit impersonal and mah e difficult drive / parking area for tho
Liked: Most comfortable bed and pillows! The room was really clean and met our needs well. The price was really fair, and the breakfast was quite good! The weather was really bad when we were there so we didn’t get to try out the pool or the grounds.
Disliked: A few things that didn’t make or break our stay, but that were disappointing. The parking area is really bad- not lit at night, the ground is really uneven and the area really filthy with debris. It was not really clear that this was hotel parking until we asked the reception. I also didn’t realize that this is a chain hotel or a franchise, which was a bit disappointing. We have been to ischia many times and try to support locals, but that’s on me for not doing a bit of research. This was our first time not really connecting with staff on our visit, which is something we really value. It didn’t feel personal. The restaurant was a bit disappointing for dinner- pricey and the food was really not good.

Liked: We spent 4 wonderful nights here and enjoyed every single moment. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling, making us feel genuinely welcome from the start. Breakfast was delicious, rich, and abundant, with generous serving hours until 10:30 AM—perfect for relaxed holiday mornings. The outdoor area is a true paradise: a gorgeous swimming pool with sun loungers and a jacuzzi nestled in a beautifully manicured garden. While the room and bathroom were slightly on the smaller side, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was perfectly sufficient for a holiday spent exploring the island. The absolute highlight was the hotel manager, who played the piano for the guests one evening. It effortlessly turned into a spontaneous, heartfelt concert where everyone sang along to classic Italian songs. An unforgettable night and a truly extraordinary atmosphere. We would love to return!
Disliked: There is really nothing to complain about—everything was wonderful. The only small suggestion for the future would be offering a bit more variety with eggs at breakfast, such as fried or boiled options occasionally alongside the scrambled ones.

Liked: Very friendly staff and the pool was very nice. Breakfast was great and facilities were top notch!
Disliked: No elevator but we knew this while booking. This is the only negative thing I could think of to put here. Again, we were warned and aware of this before arriving.
