  Loved the Romantica. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast and the thermal spas were Amazing

  Liked: The front desk staff was amazing - especally Nickola. We ask him about a spot to eat and he was so helpful in a recommendation, getting us there and then they treated us special because they talked to Nickola.

  Disliked: the rooms could have been bigger as there wasn't enough room for our suit cases. The dinning room could use an update.

  Great location, quiet, nice views, mostly elderly cliental, very subdued, no entertainment

  Liked: Room location and balcony were great, breakfast was good, restaurant and english speaking staff were very good. Pool area is very nice.

  Disliked: Shuttle service very spotty, never used it, either walked or paid a taxi to Sant Angelo. Man working security at the pools very rude and disrespectfull.....no idea of the word discreet, loud and embarassing...no help at all...definitely one star off my rating. Swim caps should be supplied in the room along with the sandals, bathrobes...Again man in the red shirt at the pools, very much put a real stop to our fun and enjoyment. Can't blame the entire hotel on one bad apple.

  Fantastic resort, highly recommend

  Liked: The whole experience was amazing, definitely going back. Close to the beach, spa treatments amazing, staff so friendly and professional, thermal pools clean and relaxing. Food was tasty and reasonably priced.

  Disliked: Overall amazing experience, the interior decor could be updated.

  Liked: It was quiet with relaxing pool areas. Shuttle service to Sant Angelo was great.

  Disliked: The gym and sport facilities were limited for a spa hotel but that is fairly due to the price.

  a bit disapointed in the begining of out stay, but the staff completely turned that around:-)

  Liked: Staff!:-)

  Disliked: We had to change room because it smelled fra the bathroom drain. Staff handled it excellent though. The tennis court on the photos are not avaible - it is overgrown with moss and the football court is used a a parking lot. So Booking.com should remove these photos and facilities. Too many AI photos on Booking.com.

  Would never go back and want refund for my money for false advertising

  Liked: Location is good, close to St Angelo. Very steep walk from hotel gate to get to the reception and rooms with no transport available. Room is comfortable, AC not good enough. Breakfast is the same every day.

  Disliked: Facility is definitely not what it's advertised. There aren't 13 pools, just small body of water that is called pool. Very high and dangerous temperatures up to 43 degrees. They advertise entertaining in the evening, that means a guy with a keyboard playing songs for an hour ONLY 3 nights a week. The spa is closed in most sections and not working proper for the rest. Tennis courts are abandoned and are used as parking...

Air conditioning is available from mid-June to mid-September.

Room rates on 15 August and 31 December include a gala dinner, and drinks are excluded. Extra guests will be charged separately.

Please note there are some steep climbs inside the hotel's park.
