Exceptional
Peaceful stay
Liked: The staff were exceptional, very welcoming, and go out of their way to help and accommodate you. The view from the hotel was amazing, and the pool area is quite nice and relaxed. The main feature we see of the hotel is that it gives you the opportunity to be disconnected from the busy life, enjoy peacefulness, views, good food and relax. The rooms have airconditioning as well. The evening dinners were exceptional, very accommodating and well priced.
Disliked: Overall the hotel was great and we're happy and we'd definitely go again. There are minor suggestions we would recommend: The shower can be improved (mainly maintenance), offer the option to keep reusing the towel instead of changing it daily, there is no mini-fridge in the room, and no kettle/coffee machine in the room. On the evening food, we would suggest an option of a 'smaller dinner' - the dinner was amazing, but sometimes if we just want a light dinner it was a bit too much and no such option exists.

Liked: Accueil super chaleureux de Salvatore et sa fille. Très à l’écoute et toujours arrangeants. Le personnel est adorable. La vue depuis la terrasse où se trouve le restaurant est sublime et l’établissement dispose d’un jaccuzi et d’une piscine. Nous avions demandé une chambre familiale pour passer une nuit avec nos filles et la chambre était suffisamment spacieuse (avec une grande terrasse) pour qu’on ne se gêne pas. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées. Très bon restaurant sur place également et le petit déjeuner ne nous a pas déçus! Établissement à recommander vivement!
Lovely hotel very clean great food and the staff are exceptional
Liked: Beautiful pool area with great views. Loved the breakfast and all the staff were friendly, helpful, and kind (as well as the two dogs and family of cats which were always happy to let us pet them most of the time we were there!). Dinner was great value for money, as well as the great entertainment/atmosphere. loved the stay & would come back again.
Disliked: Air con not very powerful. Although we loved the pool, it is not very cold if you are looking for a refreshing dip. Other than that we loved the stay.
family run hotel, great choice for a stay in ischia
Liked: Family run hotel, super welcoming staff, half board is quite convenient and good. Great view from the rooms.Nice to have the thermal pool on site, but also close enough to larger thermal pools (like Poseidon). Better to have a car, but one could also move around by bus.
