Liked: This is a special island and Hotel Flora W&B lives up to its name. It's super, with extremely helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make the stay as comfortable and stress free. Will we come again, bet your life.

Disliked: There is nothing to not like about this place

Disliked: The hotel needs renovation. It has a perfect location but the furniture is very old and worn out.

Booking.com needs to review this hotels standards

Liked: The location and pool also the friendly face of the Barman

Disliked: I booked superior room with balcony, what a disappointment was low standard. In need of major repairs, musty smell. The toiletries consisted of all in one body wash/shampoo fixed to wall, no fridge or jug for tea coffee Didn’t supply pool towel told to take bath towel from room balcony had loose boards was a trip hazard. The aircon was not able to be adjusted and was freezing. I think we were just shuffled to any room, not what we booked and certainly not worth what we paid $$$

  Great location and pool

Liked: Our room was nice and the bathroom was gorgeous! We had a balcony, which was a nice surprise. The pool area was lovely and we spent a lot of time there. The location is amazing since it’s close to many shops and restaurants. The beach and port are also very close. There is also a supermarket close by.

Disliked: We were woken up by the cleaning lady a couple of times. Once she walked into the room while we were still sleeping! Then we asked to have the cleaning in the afternoon. The breakfast coffee was terrible. We had to pay extra to get a fridge in the room. The spa was not nice.
