Gorgeous time to relax
Liked: Absolutely beautiful, non tourist area, peaceful and charming

Disappointing and frustrating experience
Liked: The free shuttle to Maronti Beach was a pleasant aspect of our stay.
Disliked: We booked a twin room with a balcony and view, but arrived to find a very grim and dark room on the ground floor with no balcony and a small window that looked directly at a wall. The “twin bed” was actually 2 single beds pushed together, with very hard and uncomfortable mattresses. The room was full of mosquitoes and had a bad smell. When we raised the issue with the staff, they eventually agreed to move us to a different room for the second night. While the second room did have a balcony, it was very small, uncomfortable and also full of mosquitoes. The bathroom door had a big hole in it, like it had been punched. The wardrobe almost fell over when I opened the doors. When comparing what we got with the photos online, we felt ripped off. I should mention there was a free breakfast service but it was very average and not really worth having. The rooms did not have any kettle, fridge, coffee or tea. The hotel did not have anywhere to refill water bottles. Our experience with this hotel was disappointing because we were really looking forward to staying on Ischia. We would have moved to another hotel if there had been anything available.

Liked: We liked the pool a lot, it was a decent size. It was very relaxing, there were a lot of sunbeds. The snack bar was great to cool down. The staff was very polite, welcoming and helpful. They also have a shuttle service 5 times a day to Maronti beach for free.
Disliked: Hotel have new location. Its not easy to find it.
It could have been better
Liked: It was close to bus stations and the beach was a 30 mins walk distance.
Disliked: It wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was some dirt in the room and a few bugs. The room was smaller than it was presented in photos.
