Our vacation in Ischia was a good experience and we had a great time, including a good stay at the hotel..the staff were
Liked: Very accommodating staffs,hotel cleanliness,accessible for buses and grocery stores. The Buffet breakfast is even more delicious because of the friendly staffs.
Disliked: Its just you can really hear the noise outside the door..there are also guests who really don't have manners, they walk very loudly even late night and talking so loudly..

Liked: Staff is very sweet, funny; wonderful and accommodating; Andrea and his dad (the owners) made me feel like family. Also the other 2 receptionists were very nice and helped with scooter rental. Breakfast is great yoghurts/cake;; fresh fruit/coffee/cornetto by sweet Julia. The pool is hot from thermal water: with a tropical garden! Great airco in the room: location is quiet: 10 min walk to Panza: 5 min to a bus stop; 3 min to a supermarket. Parking available; 15 min by bus to Forio. 10 min by car to Sorgeto thermal pool.
Disliked: Small shower, no fridge. The mattress was quite soft.

Liked: I liked the staff, thanks to them we were able to organise a beautiful travel around Ischia based on their recommendations. The room was clean, also the swimming pool and the breakfast and reception areas were really well organised.
Disliked: The fact that the air condition and fridge was extra cost, it wasn't a large amount (€3 per day) however I'd say is maybe better to include in the price. This was not an issue just a small detail.
Excellent value and kind owners
Liked: The owner and his son and staff, absolutely lovely and so helpful and kind. The rooms were comfortable and good value. The pool was perfect with a beautiful mountain view. Location near a bus stop to reach beaches and anywhere on the island and a short walk into Panza village. I will definitely stay here again.
