Liked: Clean and comfortable
Liked: Everything - breakfast is great, pools and wellness path exceptional. You have snack bar next to the pool, you can have all three meals in the hotel. Beach is separated from the hotel (around 600m), but it is private, there is a guard and it is clean. Rooms are clean and all the people working are amazing.

Warm, service focused, local style
Liked: The service was very good from all the personnel from cleaning staff to reception and bar. Cleanliness of bedrooms and common spaces was great. One of the nights we stayed there was a musician playing piano and dancing music, creating a warm and fun ambient for all guests.
Disliked: Some lack of maintenance on some of the facilities related to the spa and terme

Liked: Not a lot however Location and the iced fruit smoothie was great. Ischia itself lovely. Trust me and choose anywhere else.
Disliked: I have never written a bad review. This is a faded hotel that is never the four star it purports to be. Shower head filthy with black mould. Hairdryer hanging off wall and push button. Breakfast diabolical. Never made it to “spa” area as specific times that if you were out for the day you would never make it back in time… Like 3.30-6pm? From a cursory glance also looked tired. Outdoor pool area nothing like pictures. At £200 a night no towels provided for pool and have to buy a hat presumably to keep pool clean… that’s a joke it was filthy and not from thermal waters as they said! Only time I had to have a shower coming out of a pool! On complaining about shower head to manager it was dealt with that day but he was literally not interested abrupt and dismissive. This trip I have stayed in 20 accommodations this was most expensive at £200 a night and it was the worst and I stayed in a hostel in Ljubljana! It appears to be run mostly for package holidays,some poor people are having breakfast lunch and dinner. Oh and if you are on that package you are choosing your menu at breakfast! It was like an old people’s home. Now in Capri cheaper and thanking God to be out of that place.
