Fabulous
Great location with a friendly staff and breakfast included
Liked: Great views from the room with terrace, very clean, friendly staff
Disliked: Several of the pools need attention. Jets didn’t work.. need some updating. They push two twin beds together to make a king bed, but the beds separate and you fall in between the crack.
Liked: San Lorenzo hotel was delightful. Just what we were looking for after having a hectic visit to Rome and Napoli. Just very special, the thermal and the salt water pools where lovely and the gsrdens and views just breath taking. Location amazing, transport to the beach was a treat, and the food was incredible. The Island of Ischia is a most. I would come back again in a pinch. Wonderful experienced. Thank you San Lorenzo, also there partnering hotel on the mountains was amazing to visit for after dinner drinks with piano music and spectacular views and gardens.
A lovely stay. This is our second time. They do cater to Italian guests over others, but that also gives it an authentic
Liked: It’s wonderful that they have so many thermal pools that guests can use.
Disliked: Breakfast is marginal. There are lots of pastries but the eggs and warm options should be more and replenished quicker

The property is extremely outdated! For the price you are paying - it’s so not worth it!! Also the breakfast was awful

Disliked: The property is extremely outdated! For the price you are paying - it’s so not worth it!! Also the breakfast was awful really, poor options and terrible taste! The pool, during summer, was closing at 7 pm!! AC wasn’t working properly so we got offered a fan which was soooo loud!! Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, it says it’s a 4 star hotel, you pay quite a lot, but you get a 2 star hotel experience
