Exceptional
Liked: The Reception staff are very accomodating and we enjoyed the thermal pool. The terrace was also lovely and the Location was quiet but close to everything.
Disliked: Breakfast coffee wasn't the best and fresh tomatoes would have been a nice edition. Lots of dust down the side of the wardrobe.
Liked: The staff were all very helpful and pleasant, particularly on reception. The hotel is in a great location within a short walk to local beaches, bars restraunts the town centre and access to the castle. It is a short bus ride or easy walk to the main port and bus terminal, but being in a side street, it is quiet and unhurried. Whilst somewhat dated and in need of some modernisation (air-conditioning in rooms updated plug sockets/usb ports), it has all the essential facilities making it value for money.
Disliked: Our only complaint/observation was that the rooms could do with a deep clean, a check under the bed and behind bedside cabinets exposed fluff and dust that had obviously collected over time. A minor but important detail.
Liked: I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location couldn't be better for exploring the area, and the daily breakfast was fantastic. Everything was top-notch—I will definitely be returning on my next visit! Thank you!
Fabulous
Liked: The location was perfect, walking distance to most things and bus stop a few minutes away. The staff were super lovely and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and fresh every morning. The roof top bar was so beautiful and cute. The rooms got cleaned everyday which was amazing. No aircon but the ceiling fan was more than enough. I will be back!!!:)

Beautiful stay from start to finish
Liked: Staff were so friendly, beautiful breakfast and great location.
Disliked: Slight smell of dampness in the room but this can happen by the sea.
