Exceptional
Liked: A beautiful hotel situated outside the main hustle and bustle of Ischia main town. The hotel has stunning views of the bay of Naples. Breakfast choices were perfect, with options for all tastes. The chef will cook you an omelette or poached eggs for breakfast too. The daily shuttle service down to the harbour was a bonus, plus a free three day bus ticket so you could explore more of the island.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. Bring mosquito repellants,I got bitten really badly.

Disliked: Could have usefully contacted us in advance about their bus availability for transfer from the ferry. Also could make information on menus, bus and bar costs more accessible, to promote uptake.

Liked: The staff were fantastic, could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Michele picked us up from the ferry and dropped my daughter back even though the times were not the shuttle schedule. The rooms and everywhere were sparkling clean. The meals were delicious and having dinner onsite each evening was definitely convenient for us. The wifi was reasonably good too. Only a short 10-15 minute walk down to Casamicciola Terme where there are shops, a laundromat and cafes. The bus stops just outside the hotel driveway.

A stay that felt like home
Liked: We had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with their kindness and warmth. They were incredibly sweet and attentive, and it honestly felt like we were staying with family rather than at a hotel. A special thank you for taking care of our luggage on our last day so we could enjoy a few more hours at the beach without worrying about our belongings. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our departure so much easier. The facilities are very well maintained, and our room was clean, comfortable and well kept. The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful, we could admire Ischia, Procida, and Naples from our room. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. Your hospitality and genuine care made all the difference, and we hope to come back again someday!
