  Returning customers should be treated a little better

  Liked: The Reginella Park was nice.

  Disliked: I did not like the room because it was far too small for two people with no balcony and blasting cold air conditioning. The quality of the room for the price was exagerrated. Not the the first time I have been here, but I was disppointed for the price that I paid.

  Exceptional! ***** I'd love to go back

  Liked: This hotel was amazing! Rooms were very comfortable. The outside spa facility was very large and relaxing. Breakfast every morning had a huge selection and we ate out on the terrace. Very near Negombo thermal spa. Very pleasant staff.
