Fabulous
Liked: Very nice pools, great breakfast and very friendly staff
Disliked: The wifi only worked well in the lobby, it did not reach our room

A truly wonderful and peaceful stay with outstanding staff and fantastic thermal pools
Liked: A beautiful, quiet, and peaceful location with cozy rooms and exceptional staff across the board. The outdoor thermal and mineral pools are fantastic — complete with plenty of shade and comfortable sunbeds — and being able to spend a full day relaxing by them after check-out was a huge bonus. The free shuttle to Lacco Ameno running until midnight and having breakfast on the terrace with an amazing view were also wonderful.
Disliked: While breakfast on the terrace offers stunning views, the food quality and selection fell short and need improvement. Additionally, the bathroom was quite cramped. Despite these minor misses, we will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to everyone.
