I would definitely return to this property had it had everything we needed
Liked: The property was very pretty and the staff extremely helpful and kind and the food was wonderful!
Disliked: I liked everything
Liked: Very nice hotel / resort for our 2 night stay on Ischia. A little out the town and the roads are very tight and steep so I'd recommend a taxi to the hotel on your arrival - cost is 30 euros for a 10 min drive from the port! Hotel does offer a free shuttle service to and from the hotel for when you have arrived and when going to Lacco Ameno or Cassamicciola which was a godsend. Facilities great, lovely quiet pool areas to relax. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant/ breakfast area with lots of sweet treats to choose from for breakfast 😋. Room was nice and big with lovely sea and pool views from our big balcony.
Disliked: Nothing. Tea / coffee facilities in the room would be a great addition
This was the most relaxing, healing and restorative holiday I have ever hard. I am hugely grateful 🙏🏼 ☺️
Liked: Everything, the location, pools, building, facilities, food and most especially the wonderful, wonderful staff 👌🏽
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.
Peaceful and restorative
Liked: Small and friendly, excellent staff attention. Shuttle bus a godsend. Thermal waters a delight as were the swimming pools.
Disliked: Perhaps more varied choice of food at dinner. No kettles in the rooms.
I'm happy with the experience
Liked: The breakfast was OK. Maybe there was an option to order cooked eggs as I saw these being delivered to a man on several days. I didn't know how to ask about that option. I thought I could find this location using the local bus, which would have been impossible.
Disliked: Better directions as to how to reach the location, such as, take the city bus to the stop in Casamicciola or Laco Ameno & a number to request the shuttle from the stop.
Liked: I thought the hotel was well situated, the shuttle service and staff were excellent. The evening meal was good value. For a three star property we were happy with our choice.
Disliked: Nothing major, the rooms were a little basic, and the split levels are a bit of a barrier.
