Exceptional
An exceptional stay!
Liked: I traveled to the Campania region of Italy for three weeks and this was the absolute favorite place I stayed at. Rosanna and her assistant provided an outstanding experience. The B&B is located very close to both Ischia Porto and Ischia Ponte. The closest beach is just a block away. And the main street in Ischia Porto (with tons of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes) is just a minute walk away. My room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The eat-in kitchen and the terrace were both well designed and decorated. The B&B is conveniently located to travel anywhere else on the island you would like to visit. But the best part of the stay is Rosanna herself. She cooks a fantastic homemade breakfast every morning. Homemade cornettos (Italian pastries), homemade cake, farm fresh eggs, juice and coffee (espresso and cappuccino). During my stay she would give me bonus homemade snacks to take with me. And she made this delicious homemade savory cake which I think is called Casatiello (a Neapolitan Easter bread filled with pancetta, provolone and salami). She goes the extra mile to assure that each guest feels at home. I will definitely return to Rosanna Maison and can’t recommend it enough.

Comfortable and clean
Liked: Everything and everyone was very kind and attentive, rapidly replying to any questions we had. Our room was clean and comfortable and we could walk to restaurants nearby, the beach is very close like half a block away!!
Great hosts in the right location for us
Liked: Best stay on this vacation. A block away from the beach and nearly as close to the main pedestrian street for shopping and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to ferries. Rosanna and Armando treated us like family. Included a cooked breakfast with croissants and cakes plus much more. The home is in a quiet area, nice room, comfortable mattress and roof top terrace with sea view.
Our stay at Rosanna Maison was a delight
Liked: This is a bed and breakfast not a hotel. Rosanna was the quintessential Italian host and her staff were the best. She had a great breakfast for us each morning. The experience at Rosanna's was a delight. For English speaking travelers Rosanna's English is limited but we had no problem using Google Translate. Her son Armando speaks good English. I was cautious of a bed and breakfast but I would not trade our stay with Rosanna for the best hotel!
