Liked: The hotel itself is stunning. The view is great and the food from the restaurant was delicious. Great for honeymooners.
Disliked: I cut my stay here short as there is a man on staff who approached me for sex and spoke no english. He had never spoken to me before and tried to come into my room. I contacted the owner and nothing was done about it. Women should be aware when staying here. Hotel is a drive away from the main street. Don't stay here if you want activity.
Liked: Secluded part of the island but still close enough to be able to get a water taxi. Beautiful location and great staff. Room was fantastic.
Disliked: Can't really say that there was anything we didn't like.
Perfect Stay for a short getaway!
Liked: The Location is perfect! The view from the Hotel is 10/10, the beach club was perfect!The staff were friendly. It's pretty close to the harbour so easy to get to and lots of restaurants close by if you don't fancy eating at the hotel. I would stay again
Disliked: The bathroom shower had a bit of mold which could easily be sorted.

Disliked: Sad to say that after staying here we would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning. All of the below is said on the basis that the hotel is rated 4 stars. Starting with the room.. verrrrry old, needs to be refreshed. You also don’t get any complimentary water provided in the room, it all must be purchased. The bathroom is very dirty and has visible mould, the bath / shower again is very old and a hazard to get in and out of. The sink was clogged and house keeping clearly know about it as they just continue to unscrew the sink plug (doesn’t fix the issue) rather than unplug the sink which is filled with hair and dirt. There was also hair in the bed & shower. The older lady at the reception desk seemed very inconvenienced whenever you asked her a question. When we asked for a fan (bc of poor air conditioning) they said the room felt just fine. Air conditioning needs to be fixed. The breakfast is easily the worst we’ve had on our trip around Italy, just lots of different cakes?? The on site restaurant was actually really yum, a bit random though as it states it’s open every day from 1pm but some days it just didn’t open. On our first night, we were given a clip board with about 5 food options to choose from rather than the full menu. Again, the food here was good though. The deck leading to the sea was also nice, but seems well used and in need of refurbishment. When checking out, we were charged for the towels we used every day 5euro each towel each day, despite being a hotel guest. We were not told about this charge when using the towels as we assumed they would be provided to hotel guests for free, as has been the case at every other hotel that we have ever stayed at. The towels were clearly old and dirty as well which rubs salt in the wound. The impression we got was that the hotel relies a lot on the picturesque views of the sea and castle, but has failed to put any effort into its own amenities, rooms, and care for visitors.
