Fabulous
Just shy of a 10 as there were a number of things that didn't work
Liked: The location and view is amazing - by the waterfront, facing mountains, further away from the port of La Spezia, it's a quieter space for the slow traveller who wants to be away from loud tourists.
Disliked: In short, the apartment needs a bit of maintenance and repair work for it to be a 10. WiFi dropped out from time to time; whilst there is a full kitchen, it's not well equipped with simple things like a chopping board, scissors etc.; there was only one wine glass - I assume the last person(s) broke one and didn't ask to have it replaced, and one glass was chipped (I put it aside for safe disposal); some lights and switches did not function; the range-hood lights don't work; channels on the TV are quite limited - couldn't get TV8 to watch the F1; power outlets there is no aerial cable for the TV in the kitchen (not that we used it); washing machine is a long walk away and not free; some power outlets were not well secured; the dishwasher doesn't wash well as the bottom rack has missing wheels and is thus interfering with the fanning jet - needs to be replaced altogether; built in fridge doors don't function as intended - you have to open the outside door and then the fridge door. Note that whilst parking is free, it is a long walk to it. Note also that there is no elevator so you will need to carry all luggage up three flights of stairs so be prepared to break a sweat - I offloaded luggage to comeback and have a shower before checking out!

Disliked: The entry way wasn’t as curated as the inside of the apartment.

Liked: The place was very clean that’s a thing I look for when travelling, you have the sea right there I can’t complain at all, stuff was helpful nice and overall great people, always there to help.
Disliked: Nothing I loved I saved it for the next time
Liked: Brilliant Apartment, Stunning views. Excellent location, wonderful staff, friendly and professional.
Best view, great location and exceptionally clean
Liked: Cleanliness, location.
Disliked: Stairs, but you had to sacrifice something for view. Car parking at the marina, but a small price to pay for having parking free.
Loved my stay
Liked: Had an amazing stay at the apartment. The staff and especially Giorgia and Andrea was so helpful, they recommended us various places and told us what’s the best way to visit the Cinque Terre. They also fixed issues straight away. The apartment it’s so nice as well, you have all the amenities that you need and everything was well organised. Lots of storage space as well. The bed was very comfortable too. Would definitely recommend and I would definitely come back myself.
